Step I

Define a clear and compelling vision of what you want

First things first, you will help yourself get absolute clarity on your vision and outcome. We will discuss what results you expect from career coaching and how would success look like for you. Leveraging NLP tools, we will nail down your vision with precision and then help you break down that long-term goal into, smaller achievable tasks. Painting this well-defined picture would help pave the end in mind and be the starting point of all the great work we will do together.

Overcome your limiting beliefs and embrace change to get into the success mindset

Nothing succeeds like success. For you to truly embrace this mindset, you need to clear out the fears, inhibitions and preconceived notions that are holding you back. You are not the only one, we all have them. The ones who succeed are the ones who accept their vulnerabilities, because only when you do, you can choose which ones are really limiting that you need to turn around in your favor. As Brene Brown says, vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity and change. We will use breakthrough NLP tools to shift your mindset of resisting change to one that embraces change in an adaptable manner. You will learn how to be flexible and agile to make the most out of this change. You will receive ongoing support during this major transition in your career.

Define your Laser-sharp and focused ‘target audience’ with whom you have a right to win

The first key ingredient in creating a successful business is to have a well-defined and focused target audience. You should be able to describe your target market clearly in 60 secs. Who are they? How do they look? What are their needs and wants, likes and dislikes? What is their routine day like? You should be able to see them, hear them, feel them and live life in their shoes. We will work on defining this niche for your business in a way that is need based, sizable and you have a right to win with them.

Step IV

Outline your business strategy that helps you achieve your growth target

It is extremely critical to have outlined clear strategic choices that help your business grow and achieve its targets sustainably. Wondering why? There could be anywhere between four to six roads that can take you to your destination, what you want is to upfront choose the ones that meet your desired objectives. If you are looking for reaching your destination in the shortest time possible, the route you will choose will be different vs. if you are a tourist wanting to explore the city and enjoy the scenic beauty as you drive around. Strategy is your roadmap that enables decision making and resource allocation.

Craft a unique brand identity, promise and character for your business that appeals to your audience

Now that you are living life in your consumer’s shoes, you would be able to do a fabulous job in designing your offering in a way that appeals to their needs. You will craft your unique brand identity, promise (POD), packaging and pricing not just based on what you like or your cost structure but what is your business strategy, what your target market wants and can afford and what is the competitive set offering to them.

Step VI

Develop your powerful and compelling marketing story that never fails to close the deal

You will have a ton of fun, I promise, in translating your brand identity and character into a powerful and compelling brand story. We will use NLP oral and written communication tools to craft marketing material that is true to your brand identity, appeals to your audience and successfully closes the deal. You will explore what touchpoints would be most effective and relevant to communicate with your consumer. You will design communication that talks to her, not at her. You will reach her when and where she is most receptive. Could be a ‘he’ too, I’m not a feminist
