Unwind the Grind Mentorship Program is a unique program that offers one-on-one executive-to-mentee mentoring. The mission of the program is to enhance your experience through professional skills development, industry/function expertise, leadership opportunities, creating connections and community. This is an outstanding opportunity to interact and network with industry leaders and change makers you hope to become.
This 6-month program will match you to an executive or high-level business professional. We match mentees with mentors based on preferences in a functional area, industry, geographic location, gender, age and other interests. Our first cohort will be from Jan-Jun 2018 where all mentors and mentees would get the opportunity to connect with all members of the cohort. See key timelines and activities of the program below.

Who are our mentors?
Our mentors represent all functional areas of business and a variety of industries, ranging from executives at big corporates to small business entrepreneurs and directors of non-profit organizations. UTG mentors serve as role models, coaches and advisors to our mentees, providing professional development training and exposure to their impressive networks.
We seek mentors with at least 2-3 years of post-graduation work experience or 3+ years of total business experience.
Who are our mentees?
Participation in UTG Mentoring program is open to all millennial members of the community. Through an online application process, mentees are matched with mentors who share a career, industry, or geographic interest. Mentees and mentors agree to meet at least once per month and are encouraged to interact more frequently as personal schedules allow.
